We use Swedish Massage therapy principles in our massages. Including Myofacial techniques, Muscle energy and reflexive central nervous system techniques, as well as Hydrotherapy and Cryotherapy depending on our patients needs. Our treatments involve a full spectrum approach to the muscles, bones, fascia, & the nervous system as well as take into account the individuals daily activities, stress levels, and wellness goals.
